AI Systems · For business owners and professionals

Make AI useful in your everyday work.

You do not need to know where to start with AI. Bring the work you repeat, the information you keep searching for, or the idea you want to explore.

I help you find a practical starting point and build around the way you work: organized business knowledge and one or two useful workflows, with you in control.

Start with one part of your working day.

Product photos into draft posts

Your product photos and details could become draft social posts in your style, ready for you to check and publish.

Customer replies from your catalogue

Your catalogue and policies could help prepare replies to common questions, with a person checking accuracy before anything is sent.

Enquiries and follow-ups in one place

A simple workflow could track incoming enquiries, show what needs attention, and prepare follow-ups for your review.

Business knowledge you can find

Your product information, working notes and decisions could become an organized reference for you, your team and your AI tools.

What you own when we are done.

What I build

A personal AI operating system

Your context, your decisions, and the way you work, organized so AI genuinely knows you. Skills that draft in your voice, routines that run on schedule, research that comes back with answers instead of open tabs. I build it around the way you already work, and you own every part of it.

It does not have to stop at work. The same system can hold your training, your diet, and your own health records, so those decisions come from your data too. I build it and hand it over, and I never see what goes into it.

Built in practice: my own system runs six scheduled routines and seven custom skills, alongside a fully local dictation app I built so my words never leave my machine.

Four things are handed over at the end, and they are yours.

Organized professional context

Plain files that hold what you do, what you are working toward, how you like things done, and the decisions you do not want to make twice. Readable by you, not just by a machine.

One or two recurring workflows

The jobs you actually repeat, written down properly and running the same way every time. Two done well beat ten half-built.

Documentation in plain language

What each piece is, why it exists, and how to change it. Written so you can hand it to someone else, or pick it up yourself in six months.

Your system, with ongoing support if you want it

We walk through the system together so you can use it confidently. You can also choose ongoing support by subscription: one 50-minute session each week and a response window agreed with you. The system remains yours.

Turn repeated work into systems you can actually own.

Discover01

Process audit

Map where your time actually goes and where information gets lost. Prioritize the workflows where automation gives the most back.

Built in practice: the same audit I run on my own workflows before anything new gets built.

Build02

Custom AI skills

Package a repeatable way of working into reusable AI skills and automations for your sales, research, writing, or admin.

Built in practice: my skills draft LinkedIn posts and newsletters in my voice and turn videos into step-by-step plans.

Own03

Setup and handoff

Connect the system to your real tools and context, document it clearly, and leave you able to run and improve it without depending on me.

Built in practice: this website is built, verified, and maintained through that exact working loop.

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

It fits if

  • You run a business or manage your own work, on your own or with a small team.
  • You are new to AI or already use it, and want to explore a practical use for it.
  • The same kind of work comes round every week and you keep rebuilding it.
  • You want to own your system, with the option of ongoing support as your needs change.

It does not fit if

  • You expect guaranteed results or a system that needs no human review or upkeep.
  • You want a rollout across a corporate team, with procurement and change management. That is a different job and not the one I do.

What my own AI system actually gives me back.

Everything I offer, I run on myself first.

These are my own systems, not client case studies. I have no client results to show you and no testimonials for this work, because I have not done it for anyone else yet. I would rather tell you that than borrow someone else’s numbers.

I never explain myself twice

Across the AI tools I work in, the same second brain travels with me. It already knows my strategy, my goals, how I sound, and what I am building toward, so I never spend the first stretch of a task explaining myself again. New chat, new tool, same context.

I start every task from what the system already knows about me.

My words stay on my machine

I used an app called Wispr Flow for dictation and I liked it, so I experimented and built my own version of it, shaped around the way I work. Talking is faster than typing, and at my desk it replaces the keyboard. Nothing I dictate leaves my machine, and it ends a subscription of about CAD 20 a month.

I think out loud, nothing I dictate leaves my machine, and I stopped paying CAD 20 a month.

Everything starts as a voice note

Whatever occurs to me away from my desk goes to my own Telegram bot as a voice note. Whisper transcribes it on my own machine rather than in a transcription service's cloud, a note lands in my second brain on its own, and the audio is deleted the moment the transcript exists. When I pick it up, it becomes a clean note in my own voice, in the language I spoke and in English. From there it becomes whatever it needs to be: an idea worth building, or a task.

The idea I had on a walk is waiting for me in the system when I get home.

The fear of missing something useful

I used to keep a pile of videos I felt I ought to watch, and a quiet worry about the ones I never got to. Now a skill I built checks each one against my goals and my strategy and comes back with what is actually in it for me, and the steps if there are any. I still decide what to act on. I just get to decide across far more than I could ever watch myself.

I get through far more than I could watch myself, without the worry that used to come with it.

Business writing that sounds like me

My writing used to come out stiffer than I talk. The system holds 60 recorded rules about how I sound, across five registers, from a LinkedIn post to a one-to-one message to the way I speak on video, and it drafts in the best version of my own voice. Every time I correct it, it learns.

My writing sounds like me, at a volume I could not keep up by hand.

My week is not in my head any more

Six routines run on a schedule. One gathers the morning before I sit down, one writes the day into the system at night, and the weekly ones reconcile what I learned, review where things stand, and audit the system itself. What I work out once stops evaporating by the following week.

My week stopped living in my head, and what I work out once stays.

Depth I could not reach alone

When a decision matters, several independent threads research it in parallel and come back with something considered instead of one confident answer. Work that would take me a week lands in an evening. The decision is still mine.

I get research depth I do not have the hours for.

My training runs on my own data

My workouts and my diet are planned against my own record: my Apple Watch history, my training history, progress photos, and my own medical records, brought into one place instead of scattered across apps and portals. My family doctor makes the medical calls.

My plan comes from my own history rather than a generic program.

Three things I am not going to tell you.

That returns are guaranteed

My own results are not a forecast for your business. We agree what to measure, such as time spent or work completed, and assess the results in your workflow.

That useful change is instant

We start with a manageable scope and allow time for setup, testing and adjustment. The timing depends on your tools, information and the work involved.

That you will be locked in

You own the files, documents and workflows I build for you. Third-party tools may require paid subscriptions and ongoing upkeep; we discuss those before starting.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me about your business, the work that takes your time, and what you would like to improve. We can explore where AI might help and where a simpler approach makes sense.

I am open to discussing a collaboration. If we decide to work together, we agree on the scope, costs and responsibilities before starting. If building it yourself is a better fit, I will say so.

A free conversation about how you already work, no preparation needed and no obligation at the end of it.

Follow the work, or get a note when something is ready.

One address, two things: word when the community opens, and the letter when it starts. Nothing else, and you can leave whenever you like.
