Four things I built for myself, free for you.
These are the pieces I use most. They are free, they are public under MIT, and none of them reports anything back to me. Two of them will work for you today. Two are published because the structure is worth reading, not because you can drop them in, and I would rather say that here than let you find out after installing.
prompt-master
You say roughly what you want. It writes the prompt that actually gets it, tuned to the tool you are pointing at, and tells you what it changed. Works out of the box.
heavy-work
For a decision worth a week of thinking. Several independent threads research it in parallel and come back with something considered instead of one confident answer. The decision stays yours. Works out of the box, and it is deliberately expensive to run.
video-to-plan
Send it a video link and it comes back with what is actually in there for you, checked rather than repeated. Needs your own Apify account wired in as a connector, which is a few steps and costs a small amount per video, and it expects notes laid out the way mine are.
dictaphone
Talk into Telegram whenever something occurs to you, and the note lands in your own notes, in your voice, in the language you spoke. What is published is the routing half; the capture and transcription pieces run on my own machine and are not in the package. It expects my vault, my Notion bases and my glossary, and parts of it are in Russian.
If you use Claude Code
Two commands and they are yours.
This is the technical route. If you do not work in a terminal, skip it. The page about my system is written for you instead, and it is the more useful half anyway.
claude plugin marketplace add andrew-frolikov/andrew-frolikov
claude plugin install prompt-master@andrew-frolikov
Swap the name for heavy-work, video-to-plan or dictaphone to install the others. The README says what each one needs from you, and the last two need more than it currently spells out.
A small private group, and a letter when I have something worth sending.
I am opening a private community: a group chat, and one conversation with me a month for anyone in it. It is not open yet, it has no members, and I have not set a price. I would rather tell you that than write "coming soon" and leave you guessing. I also write when I have built something worth passing on, not on a schedule.
